Obesity is something a lot of us suffer from, but we don’t have to. Some have tried diet pills only to find that as soon as you stop taking them, you put the weight right back on. The feelings associated with being overweight are also hard to deal with. We feel sick of wearing fat clothes to hide our body and we are tired of not going to social gatherings because we feel fat. Our stomachs are upset all the time and we are just not happy with ourselves.
