Coughing can be caused by a multitude of things and can be irritating at times. If you have a cold, coughing is usually involved. If you have allergies, dust can trigger coughing also. Heartburn is no fun. Some of us love spicy food, but the after effects of heartburn have us turning these foods away. If we indulge in these foods, we know the burning sensation or pain in the stomach that comes afterwards sometimes for hours. Heartburn is worse if you lie down after a meal and usually belching, nausea, bitter taste in mouth and vomiting happen as well.
