Heartburn is worse if you lie down after a meal and usually belching, nausea, bitter taste in mouth and vomiting happen as well.

The number one cause of constipation is eating a bad diet and not getting enough exercise. When you eat the wrong foods that are high in cheese or meat in large quantities, you tend to block your bowels. This can be painful as well, when you can’t relieve yourself.
