The Embarrassment of Body Odor
Some people have worse bodily odor than others. Body odor is actually unique to each individual and can be very embarrassing when it happens.
Sometimes people notice it and sometimes they don’t. Perspiration is a salty fluid excreted from the sweat glands of the body. When you sweat, the body excretes salty fluid. This odor is influenced by such things as gender, diet, health, stress, weather, medication, etc.
Sometimes no matter how strong your deodorant is, it doesn’t really help. Some people naturally sweat more than others and this can cause problems when out at social gatherings and business functions. If you’ve tried everything from the drug store and nothing seems to work, we’ve come up with some natural cures for you to try.
Body Odor Remedies
• Scrub your body with some chamomile oil. The oil acts as a natural deodorant.
• Apply some lemon juice on underarms after you get out of the shower to prevent the body odor.
• Drinking tomato juice can sometimes help. Try drinking an 8 ounce glass every morning for a week.
• After you shower, dab a little apple cider vinegar under the arms to eliminate the odor.
• Carry baby wipes with you and if you are in public and notice your body odor, wipe your underarms with the baby wipes.
• An older remedy is to take a potato slice and rub it under each arm. Let your underarms dry naturally, and then apply your deodorant.
