Get Rid of That Gas
A lot of people have gas and it’s not a very fun thing to have, especially if it’s due to certain foods that you eat. You know you shouldn’t eat certain foods, but you love them and eat them anyway knowing you will have the dreaded gas afterwards. So, what do you do?
Well, we have a few home remedies for gas that will get rid of that gas. Studies have shown that people pass gas multiple times throughout the day. Try a few of these natural remedies to help alleviate the pain and embarrassment of gas.

• There are some foods that can help tremendously with gas pains. Try eating a bland diet. Eat creamed soups, like cream of mushroom or cream of chicken.
• You can also try milk or apple juice. This helps with alleviating the pain and you will find that your gas will subside in a very short period of time.
• Tapioca pudding is also very good for gas. If you are not a fan of tapioca pudding, try banana pudding.
• Eat potatoes baked without the skin. You can also try them mashed, boiled, scalloped or creamed. This helps to neutralize the gassy feeling and gets rid of the stubborn stomach pains associated with gas.
• You can also have eggs if you scramble them or soft cook them. Many meats not seasoned nor fried including lamb, fish, chicken, liver, turkey, salmon, veal, tuna and tender beef are acceptable if broiled, baked or boiled.
These are but a few natural remedies to cure the uncomfortable gas we get from time to time. It’s also a good list to start with if you feel you are cursed as well.
