Indian gooseberry:

  1. This fruit enriches hair growth and hair pigmentation.  Cut into pieces and then dry out the fruit in the shade.  Boil in coconut oil until the solid matter becomes like charred dust.  The dark oil helps with premature graying. 
  2. You can also soak the Indian gooseberry pieces that have been cut overnight.  The water they soak in is nourishing to the hair.  Use this water as the final rinse after washing your hair.
  3. Make up a concoction of one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry juice mixed with a teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of lime juice.  Massage into the scalp every night.

Amaranth:  This vegetable’s juice helps to retain the black color of hair, as well as helps to prevent premature graying.  Also helps the growth of hair and texture.

Curry leaves:  Use these leaves in the form of a spice or squeeze in buttermilk to provide vitality and strength to your hair’s roots.  New hair roots will also grow healthier and retain a normal pigment.  Also, the leaves can be boiled in coconut oil for stimulating hair growth and bring back pigmentation.
