At a Loss When it Comes to Your Hair?
Hair loss, especially when it sneaks up on you, can be very embarrassing. Even if the hair loss takes place slowly and steadily, it’s not something we usually look forward to. And, the multitude of products sold on both the web and television are astounding. You can buy literally hundreds of different lotions and creams. You can also undergo surgical procedures to restore hair loss.
Aside from all of the web and media hype, there are some natural remedies to try that will cost you a lot less money. Here are just a few:
Natural Remedies for Hair Loss
* Caster oil……..yes, Caster oil. Rub it on your hair roots and your scalp, but not on your hair. You have to leave it in your hair overnight. Some advise covering your hair with newspaper and washing it out in the morning. You need to repeat this about every seven to ten days. You should see hair restoration in about seven weeks.
* Crack open two eggs and remove the whites. Take the egg yolks and rub them on your scalp and hair. Leave it in for one hour and wash out.
* Olive oil is also said to be a natural cure. Rub the olive oil in your hair and leave it in for one to two hours. Wash it out afterwards.
* Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary, two tablespoons of lemon juice and one egg yolk. Rub this on the roots of your hair for half an hour and wash off.
* Boil one cup of water, add one teaspoon of mustard seeds, cook for five minutes, cool and drink.
